To achieve 15m, we would recommend that the swimmer demonstrates a full over arm recovery, their face must be in the water and only lifting/turning their head to breath in.

We suggest that to ensure progression and quality assurance that the swimmer attempts to turn their head to the side to breath in.

All our certificates have a designated place where the stroke performed can be recorded, enabling this to be awarded multiple times for different strokes if required.
