‘Watch Me’ is a registered trade mark to Watch Me Swimming Awards Ltd. Trade mark number UK00003249078. All parts of the Watch me stamp and logo are covered by the trade mark so no re-production of use of this name is allowed under any circumstances. 

All certificates and badges are strictly copyright and can not be reproduced in anyway. 

By purchasing our awards you agree to these terms and conditions. 

1 – Reproduction

No reproduction of the awards are allowed in any way. Photocopying of the awards is strictly prohibited. All certificates and badges are copyrighted and trademarked.  Copying or any reproduction of the form of the reward is strictly not allowed.

2 – Award guidelines 

Each award has its own guideline to aid you to place this into your swim school lesson programme. These guidelines must be made aware to customers to ensure transparency. Awards should not be used as a determiner of a child’s ability to swim or water confidence. Watch me swimming awards Ltd will take no responsibility for any injury, distress or loss of life for taking awards as proof of swimming ability.  Each award can only be awarded to a specific child once. Customers may change the guidelines of the award, we are not responsible for any changes that occur 

4 – Payment 

For all non credit customers payment must be made in full when submitting order via the website or telephone. We accept all major credit and debit cards.  If payment is made by cheque or standing order then it must be paid using sterling and posted to the finance office address. The goods ordered will not be dispatched until the payment has been received normally 7-10 days after cheque/postal order.  Cheques/postal orders payable to ‘Watch me Swimming awards Ltd’  BACS payments can also be excepted, contact the office for these details. Once payment received goods will be dispatched – usually same working day.  Any credit customers must pay in full within 14 days of the date shown on the invoice.  Credit customers can only be educational institutions but we reserve the right to add further companies into this group. Any credit customer who orders more goods and has not paid their prior bill in full, will have their goods withheld until the prior payment has been received. Additional charges can be added for transaction charges and banking fees.  Additional fees may be added to credit customers for exceeding their payment deadline. 

 5 – Returns 

Any returns will strictly receive a credit note upon their account and no cash refund. Only awards and certificates returned in a re-saleable condition will be accepted.  Returns postage must be paid for by the returning customer. Costs of postage/cartridge are non refundable. 

6 – Delivery 

Once items have been dispatched we can not be held responsible for delays or damage caused during delivery. 

7 – Value 

This guarantee covers a maximum liability of £50.00 per order dispatched 

8 – Re-sale 

All our Awards (certificates and badges) cannot be re-sold via any digital or online platform such as a company website or re-seller websites without the explicit agreed permission from Watch Me Swimming Awards Ltd.  This includes such organisations that add significant mark up for limited availability.

9 -Faulty or Incorrect Items

If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please contact Watch Me Awards Office via e-mail or phone  quoting your order number and details of the item(s) in question . We will then advise on how to proceed. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Other

Regrettably mistakes can occur when packing orders.  You must contact us within 10 business days of receiving the order for us to rectify this.  After this date it is unfortunately not possible to change. 

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost. We advise that you return goods via courier or insured method as we do not accept liability until the goods are received by us.
