Description
To achieve 20m, we would recommend that the swimmer demonstrates a confident and full over arm recovery, their face must be in the water and only lifting/turning to the side to breathe in.
We would expect the swimmer to display a confident and consistent body position throughout the distance and is now more confident at turning their head to side to breath when completing front crawl.
All our certificates have a designated place where the stroke performed can be recorded, enabling this to be awarded multiple times for different strokes if required.
