‘I’m a little fish’ award shows the swimmer to have the confidence to swim unsupported (with aids on), and also has the ability to self propel using their arms and legs.

This award is the very first award in our distance awards category and we suggested a distance of 5m for the swimmer to cover. Again, this award can be tailormade for your swimmers abilities or you can alter the difficulty of this award with the swimmer required to put their face in whilst in motion.

We do suggest that the swimmer wears aids that leave their arms and legs free to use to propel eg, armbands, disks, woggles or body belt.
