Delivery:
All delivery unless you have made a special arrangement with us will be via standard mail delivery.
Once your order has been placed you should expect to receive delivery within 3-5 working days. The cost of delivery is based on the weight and size of the goods you have purchased. There is no minimum order.
Special arrangements such as next day, can be made prior to placing any order but this is dependent upon stock levels and any additional delivery cost to be paid in advance by the customer.
If you would like a courier or next day service, you must contact us prior to placing your order so we can adjust the invoice.
(Please note it is not possible to refund delivery costs).
Returns:
If you are dissatisfied in anyway with the products you have ordered, then you will need to contact the office within 3 days of receiving your order. A refund (excluding postage and packing) will be given only if the products are returned in a re-saleable condition as deemed by the office. The products must be returned to the office within 14 days of the order being received in their original packaging. Please note return postage must be paid in full by the customer.
Should your goods arrive damaged, you will need to contact the office within 3 days of receiving your order. You then need to return these goods in their original packaging to the office within 14 days of receipt of your order. Any return postage for damaged goods will be credited to your account and replacements resent out at no extra cost.
