Watch me is totally interrogatable and will support and enhance any existing Learn to Swim scheme structure that already exists. This includes being incorporated into private swim schemes, governing body schemes and school swimming schemes.
The introduction of these certificates will bring no disruption at all to existing classes or the swim program that you follow.
Experienced teachers have commented on how the awards have helped them focus swimmers to try new skills as the certificate is seen as a carrot and then an award. How many times has progress stopped because a swimmer has struggled to put their face in the water? A huge step for anyone and now the swimmer can walk away with an award to show everyone and start asking what is the aim next to achieve!
There is no set time or date to issue these awards but we do recommend throughout the term and when a child achieves these elements for the first time to keep swimmers focused.
From a business point of view the Watch me certificates are all affordable, collectable and desirable to children so increasing your monetary turn over too. Amounts ordered are determined by yourself and orders over a certain number will be available at a further discounted priced.
Certificates and badges come in a vast range to choose from so swim schemes can choose which certificates they individually wish to support. It maybe you choose as few as just 1 or 2 mile stones to reward or you can expand your range at a later date. We also offer the flexibility for you to just order certificates, certificates and badges, just badges or stickers. There is also no minimum order. No longer will you have odd certificates or badges lurking in the cupboard as this is a waste of money.
Children also love to share what they have achieved in assemblies at school, with groups they attend or with friends and families and the certificates are a great way of doing this.

The Watch me concept, centres on all swimmers and all abilities with each new skill being celebrated. We understand for many additional needs swimmers or those who are very nervous or weak in stature, existing scheme badges can be very demotivating with a huge list of attainments to complete before an award is granted, whereas we focus on the individual achievement of each key skill. Many essential skills achieved can be easily overlooked, often taking many weeks, months or even years for the swimmer to achieve what some see as a simple task. Our main aim, is to maintain swimmers motivation and enjoyment while supporting them to progress.
The idea for Watch me originated from our years of teaching swimmers, as well as running a successful learn to swim scheme. Watch me is all about rewards, praise, encouragement and motivation.
Lets face it learning to swim isn’t easy and isn’t overnight, we felt that in the current market there was a lack of motivational awards to keep swimmers, especially those who swimming doesn’t come naturally, engaged, focused and moving forward in their journey.
We we wanted the designs to be bold, bright and child friendly with specifically chosen images to encourage the swimmer to ask further questions. Each certificate and badge has a different, has a water associated image and also is different in colour – this is so the swimmer can build up a unique colourful collection.
For the distance awards certificates we wanted them again to be big, bright and bold. We wanted the distance to be the first thing that you saw, as this is the main element. How many times have we heard a swimmer say, “I’m going to take it into school to show everyone” ? The large numbers are very prominent helping them to be seen in any assembly, youth club or gathering. Perfect advertisement for your swim school as well.

The more the swimmer progresses the more developed and challenging the tasks become for example: WATCH ME surface dive, WATCH ME tumble turn, and WATCH ME sculling.
In addition to the Watch Me awards we also offer a full set of eye-catching distance awards with accompanying badges and a 3-stage scheme for parent and babies/ toddlers.
We all know that the success to teaching a child is through praise, encouragement, reward and to set achievable goals, but to keep a child focused on learning to swim you need to make it as enjoyable as you can so we hope you can see the benefits in supporting the WATCH ME awards scheme.
Each distance certificate has an area in the centre to fill in specific details of the swimmer and the award. Many of the skills or distances can be achieved in multiple strokes, so we have included a line specifically for which stroke it was achieved in or any other detail you wish to add.
One swimmer may shine or struggle with a particular stroke so having this space to add additional information makes the swimmers journey more personal.

Traditionally in the past, certificates and badges have been bought in sets which can cause stock issues when mistakes are made in filling them out. Watch me offers a unique way of buying just what you need.
Upon request and an additional cost, we can also have your swim schools name or logo printed on your chosen certificates making the award more personal to your company and also advertising your services with in your targeted audience.
From our experience, we have found that when a teacher is faced with a reluctant child, it is far easier to encourage them to try something new when there is reward to take home to show to everyone what they have done.
Because there are a substantial amount of awards to choose from, the teachers can award different awards to individual swimmers and their different abilities with in each group, so no one goes without an award.
These awards are perfect for holiday clubs or lessons as the child has something to return home with.
