Celebration of permanent removal of armbands.

Description
What an achievement this award is!
The celebration of permanent removal of armbands. It can be for those who use only arm bands/rings to learn to swim or the removal of the armbands/rings so the swimmer is only dependent on a body belt.
This award shows the ongoing confidence building for the swimmers journey in reducing the aids they require. Arm bands/rings are a visual aid that can help to keep the swimmers face above the water. The removal of these lowers the swimmer into the water so the swimmer has to adapt to this new profile whilst having less dependency. It also will enable the swimmer to move more freely their upper body and be easier for them to gain the correct posture in the water.

Lesson ideas
The main key to move forward with is trust with the swimmer in their own ability and that there is support there for them whilst they try.
Ideas to gain trust in their own ability can be the swimmer pushing off from a safe point (with reduced aids or no aids) to a woggle that is held by support in the water. The more confident the swimmer becomes then the further away the woggle can be moved. This idea can then be extended to include the swimmer returning to the wall again.
Colours displayed may differ slightly from the actual product due to various factors like screen display, lighting, or the way different people perceive colours.
