Many swimming schemes have very complex awards programs, where numerous elements have to be achieved before the swimmer can attain any reward. Watch me actually helps every swimmer celebrate major key milestones easily with in your existing stages of your scheme.

Awards help lay a foundation of confidence to swimmers to build upon. With a range that stretches over all developmental stages, with over 65 unique swimming specific certificates and badges to choose from, it means there is something for everyone to aim for.

We believe that smaller bite size targets and rewards will help maintain the swimmers interest, along with keeping them motivated in their lessons and enthusiastic towards learning the next new skill.

Watch me is a key motivational tool, encouraging a swimmers confidence to grow with each skill attained. A child that can see there is a reward at the end, is more likely to try something new, giving the teacher additional tools for success. The Watch me awards have been proven to also to educate and help both swimmer and parents to understand the key elements involved in the learning to swim process.

We wanted our designs to be bold, bright and child friendly with specifically chosen images to encourage the swimmer to ask further questions. Each certificate and badge has a different,  water associated image and also is different in colour – this is so the swimmer can build up a unique colourful collection.

For the distance awards certificates we wanted them again to be big, bright and bold. The distance is the main element and should be the first thing you see. The numbers are very prominent helping them to be seen in any assembly, youth club or gathering.
