To achieve 400m, we would recommend a mixture of strokes with no less than 2 different strokes and that the minimum swam on one stroke being 100m. The distance must be completed in one with no stopping for rests at any time.

All our certificates have a designated place where the stroke or strokes performed can be recorded, enabling this to be awarded multiple times for different or a combination of strokes if required
